For increasing milk production proper position, latching, and signs of good attachment, complete emptying of breast of one side, alternate side breast feeding, drinking plenty of water, rest , good diet for two, and midgut time feeding, assuarance , are very important. If these fail then take domperidone tab 10 Mg bid for 10 days.

Plenty of water intake is essential especially as it is summer. Foods that can help are almonds, oats, garlic, Fenugreek, methi leaves, fish, barley etc. Ofcourse avoid stress, do relaxation techniques such as yoga. Sit and feed in a comfortable manner. Try to catch naps in between. If this doesn't help with milk production, then only opt for medications. The following can be used: Galact Powder 1TSP to mix with milk and have twice a day. Tab Lactare 1-1-1 for 7-10days.
