My baby completed 1 year. He is taking lactogen2 right now. We want to start animal milk now.
Is amul gold is good to start?
If not, which milk is better to shift.
Or we should start lactogen 3 now?

Hello,
After 1 year you can start off animal milk gradually. ( Whatever you use regularly at home)
Start with small amounts and increase gradually.
