Milia or white heads
(Picture attached) My skin is oily ; tried hell lot of things except peeling and isotretinoin Will isotretinoin help? Or what is your best advice.

Hi Isotretinoin is surely of help. However please meet a dermatologist so they can examine you and do the proper investigations. This particular medicine needs regular follow up.
