Acute gastritis could be the cause. Need not worry. Avoid oily and spicy foods. Have smaller meals rather than huge meals.
Tab. Pan-D once or twice a day half an hour before food for 3 days. Stress, smoking, alcohol intake increases the problem so take care of these factors also.
