Mild pelvic pain at 14 weeks pregnant

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I am 14 weeks 5 days pregnant as of today. My last scan was on 2nd November and everything was fine in terms of baby's growth. I was on susten sr 200 mg and post last scan doctor advised to stop it. I am experiencing mild pelvic pain in the lower abdomen, in the centre above pelvic bone and feeling giddiness and experiencing breathlessness upon walking or talking. Is this normal at this stage?
