Mild PCOD detected.
I have mild PCOD detected. Attached is the report of the lower abdomen USG. size is 3.53×2.63(right ovary, in cm) and 3.51×2.61(left ovary, in cm). Please suggest what should I do to reduce the effect of the cysts and get body fit for pregnancy. Right now am on Femilon tablet for hormonal balance. What else is suggested?

Doesn’t look like PCOS tat much. It can be easily controlled wd medication it can b controlled.
