Mild pain in the left eyeball.
I have been experiencing mild pain in the left eyeball only while blinking eyelid and rolling the eye upwards. There is no sign of redness or itching and eyelid seems to be healthy. Also I've points -0.75 to the right eye and -0.5 to the left and often I don't wear spectacles. Have history of allergic to dust during my childhood but later it vanished.

You should get your refraction rechecked up &  you should wear glass ,,you should use lubricating eye drops like Systane ultra 4-5 times . Allergic condition like spring catarrh is self limiting disease & it disappears itself after certain period.
