Mild pain in lower neck spinal cord area
I am experiencing mild pain in lower neck spinal cord area, due to a lifting excercise, persisting since 1 month. Should I get a xray done and then meet a physiotherapist?

You may first consult a Physiotherapist and then follow accordingly .An assessment is required before suggestion any investigations. You may just have a muscle strain which forms a viscious cycle of pain and spasm .
