Hello Dr. Today i have scan color Doppler ultrasound Pregnancy, and report showing Amniotic fluid is mildly reduced. AFI= 9.7 cm and Mild olighydramnios.. So what precaution required. Thanks in advance..

Continue iron ,calcium and multivitamin supplementation

Take Tablet Astymin forte twice a day for 2 weeks
Take L arginine sachet twice a day for 2 weeks
Drink lots of water and fruits juice 3-4 litres per day
Next Steps
Tablet Evion LC once a day for two weeks
Repeat ultrasound for AFI after 2 weeks.Sleep for two hours in afternoon and for eight hours at bedtime to improve blood flow to baby
Health Tips
Listen to devotional music and wear bangles to promote hearing in your baby
Continue iron and calcium supplements
Mothers Horlicks two spoons with milk two times a day for a month
