Mild leg pain, burning sensation on skin

Asked for Male, 47 Years

I had a small problem on my leg about 25years ago which is now an issue, skin over my leg turned black in colour.A skin specialist suggested me to consult a vascular specialist. I don't understand whether its a major problem
