I am having knee pain lately. I do workout and have been lifting quite heavy lately. It occurs when I squat below parallel (persists for a very short range of motion). I had zerodol P tablets but getting allergic reaction. is there any other pain killer available as I might be allergic to paracetamol.

We do often see such complaints in persons who do heavy weights in gym
It’s preferably not advised to take oral pain killers for such short pain
You can apply volini spray or diclofenac ointment do not massage
Avoid too much strain on that joint while exercising
