Mild hydronephrosis

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I had an injury in nov 2020 and since then i have localized mild dilated renal pelvis left kidney, doctor says it's not an concern but i have pain in that area since injury But doctor says ignore it, i am afraid that it will damage my kidney with time, What should I do.

In such situation we need to do CECT Urography. If needed may need DTPA renal scan as well.
