Im experiencing gastritis like symptoms after coming from a family wedding where I consumed too much oily food and alcohol- Slight pain around stomach lining, sharp pain was there only first day when symptoms started. Pain has been there for a week now. No acidity, heartburn or nausea. Someone recommended the following- Sucral-O 1tsf thrice daily (empty stomach) for 5 days Cap Nexpro RD 1 before breakfast for 5 days Do I need to take nexpro if there aren't any gerd symptoms like acidity, heartburn?
