Mild feverish since 10 days
I have a history of e coli. I am now suffering from mild fever daily. I tried calpol but it comes again. No other issues..just my body stays warm everytime. Now its causing weakness. I am confused what it is now..what to eat and drink and what not

Any infection can make you low or weak for a minimum of 2 weeks , so that’s quite normal but if you warm all the time , kindly do check the body temperature at that time and if it’s more than 100 in the evenings , then go for routine blood tests and fever panel too.
