Hi. Kindly check baby's temperature. If more than 100F you can give paracetamol drops (125mg/1ml) 0.5ml. If temperature is more than 99F pls check again after half and hour. If increasing better to give a dose of paracetamol. As the baby is only 2 months I suggest to consult a pediatrician if baby continues to have fever. Minimum gap between two doses of paracetamol has to be atleast 4 to 6hrs.
