Hello Doctor, My daughter Noor 2months old (5kg weight) is having mild fever since Morning, kindly suggest medicine?

Hi. Kindly check baby's temperature.  If more than 100F you can give paracetamol drops (125mg/1ml) 0.5ml. If temperature is more than 99F pls check again after half and hour. If increasing better to give a dose of paracetamol. As the baby is only 2 months I suggest to consult a pediatrician if baby continues to have fever. Minimum gap between two doses of paracetamol has to be atleast 4 to 6hrs.
