Mild pelvicalyceal
After retention and after 15 days of retention ultrasound report has common thing i.e
mild pelvicalyceal fullness.. But size of kidney is slightly i small size in 2nd report.its mean it has urethral reflux. but dont have uti or fever or any other symptoms.can u pls suggest this finding come in which grade?

Do u mean to say your child had urinary retention due to balances 15days back..?? Does your child has Vesico uretric reflux?
By the way grading of VUR requires MCU
