Mild fever for last 3 and half days
My 3 years old son is having mild fever (mostly ranging between 98.8 to 99.5 degree F and occationally rising above 100) for last 4 days. We are giving medicine(P250 4ml) only when the temperature goes to 100. The effect remains for around 9-13 hours. Last medicine was given yesterday night i.e.1AM today and his current temperature is 99.5. He is very active and doesn't have any other issues now. Pls suggest if we need to visit a doctor?

You can wait one  day more then go for routine blood tests after vedio consultation or in person pediatrician consultation.
