Mild fever and heavy head.

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I have low grade fever ranging from 97.7 in morning to 99.6 in evening with mild heavy head from 5 days...my head seems to be fine from two days and now i am taking dolo 650 only in evening from two days... Before i used to take dolo 650 twice a day...i have no other symptoms...my tastes are good and no breathing problems and i ve a good appetite too. Is it something serious like covid. Plz help me out, i m tensed
