Low grade fever
My mother aged 59 years is having pain in chest while breathing and a low grade fever between 99 to 100 and a lot of weakness. What is causing this condition and what diagnosis is needed??

Looks like your mother has got infection in the chest probably pneumonia or pleural effusion needs to check for tuberculosis also .
