Hi Dr, Whenever I eat bakery product or spicy items I feel cramp at my liver side . This I starting feeling when I have went outside in 2 degree temperature.

Hello, One seems unrelated to the other. For the pain, get an ultrasound abdomen to check for gall stones. ( if pain is persistent or new symptoms like vomiting and diarrhea develop)
