MILD CHRONIC GASTRITIS
My UGI Endoscopy report show on 25 March 2023 MILD gastritis in antrum of stomach. D1,D2 Normal ESOPHAGUS Normal RUT Negative Gastric biopsy taken HPE BIOPSY REPORT SHOW:- Section shows foveolar gastric mucosa with underlying      unremarkable gastric glands. The lamina propria show focal lymphocytic infiltrate. No      evidence of pit activity, pit abscess, granuloma, intestinal metaplasia, dysplasia,      or malignancy is seen in the index biopsy.      Giemsa stain for H.pylori is not demonstrable. Plz suggest any best treatment or medicine supplement or syrup for Gas bloating and gas. I'm too worried plz help n suggest this report is Normal or help me.

Upper GI endoscopy report shows antral gastritis,rest all are normal findings including the biopsy.Gastro who performed the endoscopy may have prescribed treatment for the gastritis which normally takes about 4-6 weeks sometimes more to heal.
