I am having a gastric problem from last 2 months, yesterday I tested endoscopy it shows mild antral gastritis, i am having a normal pain in center and right side of the chest. Sometime pain in stomach right and left side after meal.burps are non stop. also gas i passing from anal area with bad smell. weight is lossing from last month, Felling continuous weakness and tiredness. please suggest some food diet and medicine.
