Mild chest pain

Sir, I am having a mild chest pain from last two months.the pain sometimes occurs when i cough or sneeze. it also hurts sometimes when i move and reliefs again. i had also done chest x ray pa view, echo,ecg all came normal. i had also taken antacids and myospaz forte but it doesnot work . sir m worried even doctors said i dont have any problems but m suffering from the pain. and of course m a biker. but not injured in any part of chest. thank you. hoping for your suggestion and help
