Mild chest pain and mild cough.
Im 28 years old.I started smoking at 15 and quit at 24.However i started vaping in 2013 and quit it again in September 2017.I smoked cigarettes again after i had quit for 3 months.I smoked 13 cigarettes whithin 5 days.Im nervous because im afraid of diseases caused by smoking.I have been coughing a bit and i experienced mild chest pain. A few weeks ago i had a lugs scan and the results were clean but im afraid my relapse might affect my health.Im determined to not smoke ever again after this.
