Dear Sir/Madam, From Last 2 days my wife is not well, she is having full body pain,back pain and Cough. some time mild fever also come. She is taking crocin 500. but there is no relief. Please suggest the your opinion or good medicine.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Saying just "cough" isn't helpful at all, there are many types of cough and they require specific type of medicine. For pain and fever, you can give her tab. Zerodol-p twice a day after food for 2 days. Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain.
