My MRI report Diffuse bulging-left forminal protrusion of L4-L5 disc with mild facet joint anthropathy and ligamentum flavum hypertropyi indenting thecal sac and compressing left L4 and L5 nerve root My dr only creates fear and is not listening to me Somebody if please can let me know can I live normal life with proper precautions . I am On medication and after 10 days he suggested we will Take physiotherapy
