Migraines and nausea
From past one year I am frequently getting migraines and nausea. Some days there I'd no reason and you wake with nausea and headache. Now a days menstruation also accompanies with migraines and nausea without a fail. This pattern started since am year. What could be the reason. Its difficult to function the day when you have migraines and nausea. Please advise.
