I am planning to take pregnancy within 1 month. I am suffering from severe headache, migraine, neck pain, neck stiffness. I regularly take sibelium 10 to control my migraine. But still it's paining. I have taken paracetamol, saridon, vasograin but nothing is improving my pain. I am worried about my pregnancy period. As sibelium is not recommended during pregnancy. What medicine can I take to control my migraine and also suggest me a safe painkiller.
