I agree with my colleague.
If u have already history of migrainous headaches ,could be migraine attack but if any change in severity, duration or any new issues,then need to rule out secondary causes.

Meditation
Hydration
Avoid any triggers if u have like strong smells, sleep deprvation, stressors,any addiction ,excess coffee,tea ,cool drinks etc..
