  4. Middle ear rupture i guess. Blocked ear!

I was using a q-tip to clean my ear accidently i touched the ear drum from then i fell something blocked but no pain no discharge by feel discomfort while swallowing food and blocked ear

You might have pushed normal wax in your ear deeper into ear canal. It may require cleaning
