Middle abdominal pain
Hi Doctor,
I have a mild middle abdominal pain for last 3 years which i feel while sleeping in the night after eating dinner. Other times it is not bothering me much. I am planning to go for an H pyroli test ( Antibody IgG blood test) and Urea breath test. Are those tests are sufficient to get to know whether i have h pyroli or not? Or else do i need endoscopy as well?
Please Advise?

Most likely u had gastritis , it would be better if u go for endoscopy bcz efficacy of these test is not 100%

Yes.. for testing HPylori you can also do upper Gi Endoscopy with rapid urease test.
