I have a metallic taste in mouth and tingling in tongue for past three months. I do not have any gum disease and my blood reports including Vit B and D are normal. I have this taste more after eating food and sometimes surprisingly after exercise when my whole face has tingling feeling. In addition the metallic taste is accompanied by fatigue. Please help.
