Metacarpal fracture
Ehen i am touchimg bome there is no pain but its swollen and mote stiff today only rempved casting after 36 days. Pls find x rays before and afyerr casting . Stoll sjoes some line. Please advise whether it will heal on own or need to tàke treatmemt still. Please help me

It's obvious from your narration and shared X-rays that,This fracture is destined for delayed healing may be Non union, It will be wise to undergo for open reduction and internal fixation that's surgical line of treatment . Please visit your treating orthopaedic surgeon and discuss with him future plan of treatment.

Start moving fingers otherwise it will get stiff Fracture will unite in 3 months But if you will not start finger movment, then it will become stiff
