Mesentric cysts if small and asymptomatic can be left like that. If the cyst is causing pressure symptoms, or there is pain in abdomen on and off regularly then it warrants surgery.

A CT SCAN OF ABDOMEN is recommended , if it's a simple cyst then no need to do anything.
