Mesenteric adenitis
My son 6 years old, diagnosed with mesenteric adenitis after consistent stomach pain. It's been 4-5 months. Till now he is saying stomach pain atleast 2-3 Times a day. I'm worried.kindly help

Get Tuberculosis test done to rule out Abdominal Tuberculosis, as it is one the main cause of Mesenteric Adenitis.
Kindly take Surgeon opinion.
