Hello, Homoeopathic medicine is selected based upon individual needs. Not everyone with acne gets same medicine in Homoeopathy. No Homoeopathic medicine can trigger you any adverse side effect. Merc Sol also same. But they are deep acting medicine and has to b taken only with Homoeopathic doctors advice. Treat the reason for the acne pores and dull skin instead of the skin itself. If the acne is due to hormonal issues that has to be treated. Taking any ointment or medicines for acne can heal you but it will recurring again. A proper constitutional Homoeopathy medicine can help you resolve this completely and permanently. To know more and for any other concern you can call us or reach us online.

If you have consulted someone take their medication with full faith. They have analysed your case and are qualified to treat you. No one is qualified to comment without knowing your case if these medecines would work.

It may not be. As in homoeopathy the principle is, one medicine at a time.

A true homoeopathic prescription must contain only single remedy at a time according to patients symptoms ad personality. Moreover it's not good practice to verify other Drs prescription with someone else, just by chat. In homeopathy treatment is not determined by disease name only. Thanks

If you have any questions regarding those medicines please ask your Dr who suggested you. As one homoeopathic medicine has multiple use at a time. Also the name of the disease does not indicate one homoeopathic medicine.
Next Steps
Believe in your Dr

If you are not getting any effective results consult or take another opinion

Hello Practo User These medicines are used for various other purposes also. There are not any disease specific remedies in homoeopathy. Your doctor must have prescribed you these medicines based on your symptoms and his observations. You better follow up with your doctor. These medicines don't trigger any disease unless and until they are present in your past or you have tendencies to develop these diseases.
Next Steps
You need proper treatment with a detailed case. For that you may consult me online
Health Tips
Also avoid multiple medicines at the same time. Wish you good health Regards Dr Parul, MD (Hom.)
