Irregular period. When starts, stops only on medication. But this time it started on 27th feb and I am taking medicines but in vain. Bleeding is not stopping and there is excessive pain in my lower abdomen but this pain starts from evening and not in morning.

Hello, At the age of 50 yrs significant causes for heavy bleeding have to be ruled out . An average Indian female has menopause between the age of 46 - 50 yrs. You Will have to undergo an imaging for endometrial thickness followed by dilatation and curretage. Consult your gynecologist for the same.
