Hello, At the age of 50 yrs significant causes for heavy bleeding have to be ruled out . An average Indian female has menopause between the age of 46 - 50 yrs. You Will have to undergo an imaging for endometrial thickness followed by dilatation and curretage. Consult your gynecologist for the same.
