Not feeling mentally relaxed. Always becomes impatient panic and nervous or sad or tense about living a life.not emotionally balanced. Fear of negative things come across the mind. Sometimes Unable to control or release sexual thoughts from mind affecting concentration or memory . wanted to live very healthy happy life but death thoughts give a break to it. What's the perfect answer or practical solution for this.
