Hi Doctor,
My father is 65 years old. Since 2 to 3 years, we are seeing some changes with him. He repeatedly asks the same question to family members, though it is addressed in the first time. Even for simple matters, he does this and day by day it is getting worst. Please suggest what could be the issue and the treatment that is required to resolve this.
