My mother has mental illness. she hearing some unpleasant voice. She supposed that any one controlling me by camera . She is doubting Neighbor. And she is not ready for medicine. Please tell me how can I take to doctor her . Also my mom is living alon at home . Tv is off .

Consult a Psychiatrist as soon as possible. Convince her and take her to the doctor but if she doesn't listen you might have to get her admitted. This is treatable so do not worry.
