Hi, There can be many reasons for lack of concentration in the studies 1. Lack of interest in studies 2. ADHD 3. Depression     Solution for lack of interest in studies is in ur hands. ADHD is a disorder when u have lack of attention, easily distractible...But these symptoms would have started early in the childhood along with being hyperactive. It requires medications in case of moderate to severe ADHD. In case of depression,along with lack of concentration,u will have other symptoms like sadness, feeling weak, no pleasure in any activities,poor sleep and hunger etc.     You didn't mention since when u r facing this problem and whether there is reduced performance in studies also..If so, and u dnt have any other symptoms as I mentioned earlier,then try to increase attention by doing breathing exercises,meditation.
