Mental health
I was diagnosed with depression a while back, and had medication for a bit, and also went through a series of therapy and counseling. i am begining to feel overwhelmed and full of anxiety about the smallest things again. It is affecting my work life as well. i think i need to have someone to talk to again, and possibly take a short mental health leave from work. its all staring to be too much.
