Mental Fatigue
How do I increase my attention span and productivity hours in office. I am a good performer but I think I need to stay active for more hours to realise my 100% potential. What change should I bring in my lifestyle to achieve this? Also how to think more positively?

I would suggest you to consult a psychologist personally either online or offline for a detailed review.

Meditation is a good way to increase attention. I hope that by striving for perfection, you are not pushing yourself too hard. Learning time management can be an important way of increasing your potential. Positive thinking comes from within- looking for positive in all situations, feeling gratitude for what you have and using statements like “I can” “I will”
