Today take a pen and write a past event which was negative. Then write how you dealt with it. Then add what are the other things you could have tried to help you get through that event.
Now try to apply this to today.
Go out into a park- observe 5 things- a bird, a tree, a leaf, a child playing. Try and focus on their details. Now walk around the park mindful feeling your feet in touch with Mother Earth . Feel it nurture you as it nurtures the life all around. Feel your gentle breath as you walk in and out. In and out, steady breathing. Do this for 19 minutes at least as you walk. Feel the Sundays on your body healing and relaxing you.
Now build one new memory daily- talk nicely to your mother or talk nicely to a rickshaw puller. Or an old person . Build slowly step by step.
