Hello....this is premenstrual syndrome associate with all symptoms you mentioned...these symptoms appear before or during periods.... Idiopathic cases will be managed with reassurance..but some doctors prescribe oral contraceptive which decreases bleeding and symptoms subside,consult gynaecologist
