I am 37 yr old during menses i have stomach pain lower back pain i cant turn or move during this days please give me a valuable suggestions

Hello..., you are 92 kilograms that's very much for your height... You might be having b back because of that... You need to reduce your weight.. Lower stomach pain could be due to dysmenorrhea ...consult gynaecologist in the nearest hospital . take pain killers for temporary relief...
