Menstrual problem
I’m 42 years old my period was due on Sep 11. Still no sign. Did a test on Sep 15, was negative. Took Primolut Nor 10 mg for 3 days consecutive 2 tabs a day . Still no sign. Again did a pregnancy test early morning today at 4am , test is negative again. Please advise

There isn't sufficient information to suggest a specific diagnosis. I would advise you to visit the gynecologist so that you can be examined and undergo the necessary investigations such as an ultrasound to rule out any underlying pathologies and have it treated accordingly.
