Menstrual cycle
I have been using the combined pill for over 2 years now . Recently I have been using it straight for the last 2-3 months without allowing me to have my menstrual cycle. I went to my gp recently to ask why I’m having headaches so they have changed my pull to the progesterone only pill which I will start after I have this menstrual cycle but I have not been yet able to start it after being off the pill for just a day I don’t know if that is too little time I waiting and I’m over thinking?

You need to wait for your periods to come first and then start with progesterone pills ,also get an ultrasound done to clear doubts on any underlying issues etc .
