I am a PCOD patient..In some months I have heavy flow and in some months light flow..which is only spotting..My doctor has prescribed me Letrozole from D2..Now today i m spotting..should it be considered as D1 of my period or should I wait for flow?

You should take reference from your previous periods date.
If this spotting is occurring 25 or 28 or 30 days after last period then this is your period.
If it is occurring a week or 10 days after your last period then this is not your period.
